BLACK ARMOR – RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

At Black Armor, we take pride in the premium quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Each item is carefully designed, inspected, and tested to ensure it meets our highest performance standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.


1. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • All returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order number or receipt) is required for all returns and exchanges.

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated below.


2. ONLINE PURCHASES

For online purchases only, Black Armor will cover the cost of the return shipping label in cases of verified damage or manufacturing defects, provided that:

  • The item has never been used or washed; and

  • The issue is reported within 30 days of the delivery date, with photos or videos as proof.

Once the return is received and inspected, a replacement will be shipped or a refund issued to the original payment method.


3. BOOTH & PHYSICAL STORE PURCHASES

Products purchased at Black Armor booths, retail stores, or authorized resellers are not eligible for company-paid return or exchange labels.
All returns or exchanges for in-person purchases must be handled directly by the customer, and shipping fees will not be covered by Black Armor.


4. EXCHANGES

Exchanges are accepted for size, color, or model changes, provided the product is unused and in perfect condition.
If the requested replacement item is out of stock, customers may choose to:

  • Wait for restock availability

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.


5. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and approved by our quality control team.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Shipping fees and handling charges are non-refundable.

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for processing once the item is received.


6. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or discounted products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or alteration

  • Wholesale price products

7. MANUFACTURING DEFECTS

Black Armor products are covered by a limited 30-day warranty for manufacturing defects, in accordance with U.S. consumer law.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, accidents, or damage caused by improper care.

DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders shipped outside the United States. All international sales are considered final.
