BLACK ARMOR – SHIPPING POLICY

At Black Armor, we strive to provide fast, secure, and reliable shipping for all orders placed through our official website, www.theblackarmor.com. Every product is carefully inspected and packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • During peak seasons or product launches, processing times may take slightly longer.

  • Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. (EST) will be processed the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including tracking details.


2. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

We ship all orders from our U.S. distribution center located in Venice, Florida.

3. SHIPPING RATES

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and selected service.

  • Free standard shipping is available on qualifying promotions or minimum purchase amounts (when applicable).

  • Express and international shipping options are available for an additional fee.


4. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & CUSTOMS

Black Armor proudly ships worldwide. However, please note:

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by the destination country.

  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Customs policies vary by country; please check with your local customs office for more details.

  • Black Armor is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or international transit issues.


5. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier scans your package.

6. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit:

  • Contact office@theblackarmor.com within 7 business days of the expected delivery date.

  • Include your order number and tracking information.

  • We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier.

  • Black Armor is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier, but we will assist you in filing a claim if necessary.


7. INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR FAILED DELIVERY

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.

  • If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot guarantee redelivery or refunds once the package has shipped.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost.


8. PREORDERS & BACKORDERS

  • Preordered or backordered items will ship as soon as inventory becomes available.

  • Estimated shipping dates are listed on the product page and may be subject to change.

  • Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items will be shipped together unless otherwise requested.
